
35-Hour Meditation & Pranayama Deep Dive Training + Certification
Join us in the spring of 2026 for a transformative journey into the timeless practices of meditation and pranayama. Over the course of 35 hours, we will move beyond technique and into direct experience, exploring these essential yogic limbs through both their historical roots and embodied practice.
Open to practitioners of all levels, this live Zoom training weaves together study, guided practice, and integration. Together we’ll explore a rich spectrum of meditation traditions: Zen, Vipassana, Yoga Nidra, loving-kindness, mindfulness, visualization, and breath awareness alongside pranayama techniques that steady the nervous system and expand inner vitality. From simple and accessible methods like Dirgha, Sama Vritti, and Anulom Vilom, to more dynamic practices like Kapalabhati, Bhramari, Ujjayi, Sheetali, and Sitkari, you’ll cultivate a toolkit for both personal practice and teaching.
Graduates will receive a certification, marking both a professional milestone and a personal deepening of practice.

This training will offer the opportunity for practitioners to explore their own inner awareness in a more structured way, as well as assist therapists, coaches, yoga teachers and other wellness professionals with adding meaningful tools to their existing practice. If you are a beginner please come and explore, and if you already have a knowledge base and practice you will learn additional skills for your journey. The class will be tailored to the participants within it.
